Returns/Exchanges
Our pieces are designed and made for you! We want you to be happy. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn items purchased from our website within the last 30 days. You can return an item and request the funds to be deposited back to your original form of payment (note: a $7.00 s&h fee will be deducted), or an exchange (also free when your order is equal to or more than your original purchase!). If this item was a gift and you are unable to locate the order number and zip code, please email customer service at deesdesignsstl@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help you locate this information. Dee’s Designs does not accept or is responsible for returns that are not registered through our returns portal with a Dee’s Designs prepaid shipping label. Returns must be shipped using the coordinating shipping label generated on our website. A restocking fee will be withheld from all returns. Dee’s Designs does not allow exchanges on exchanges.

Repairs
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, and we want you to enjoy your jewelry for years to come. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Please complete the repair form below with as much detail as possible. All repair requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will follow up with the next steps once your submission has been evaluated. We also recommend reviewing our Care Guide to ensure you are following the best practices for caring for your gold-filled jewelry. Please allow a minimum of 45 days for repairs to be completed.
